Getting to San Juan Island
You can get to San Juan Island by ferry or plane.
Most folks take the Washington State Ferry out of Anacortes, Washington. You can park your car at the ferry terminal, or bring it on the ferry. (We suggest you consider leaving your car, and using rental car while on the island.) Walk-ons don't require a reservation. A reservation is strongly suggested if you're bringing your car.
If you decide to fly to San Juan Island, San Juan Airlines has daily flights to the island. Friday Harbor Seaplanes has scheduled flights directly to Friday Harbor. Other options for flying here are available.

Traveling on San Juan Island
Assuming you use a rental car when you arrive on San Juan Island, you'll have a number of car rental agencies to choose from. Two of the best known are M&W Auto and Orcas Cars. If you need more information, give us a call. We're happy to make recommendations.
Getting to Our Inn
The Trumpeter Inn Bed and Breakfast a little off the beaten path, kind of tucked away. Follow San Juan Valley Road, and turn onto Trumpeter Way. You'll see a sign saying, "Trumpeter B&B." Follow the signs to the end of the driveway and you'll see our property. Drive straight in, and park anywhere to the left of the inn.
